Thor Dulay (born December 2, 1980) is a Filipino singer, back-up vocalist, and voice coach from Panabo, Davao del Norte / Taytay, Rizal who is currently a contestant on the first season of The Voice of the Philippines.

Thor is no newbie in the industry. In fact, he is one of the few accomplished artists who were invited it to the Blind Auditions.

So far, the mighty Thor was able to release two albums: a self-titled R&B album in 2004; an international album "Shine A Light," and recorded several tracks for a Neo-Soul-Jazz album in Spain. He was able to perform as a front act for David Foster at the Araneta Coliseum, won an Awit Award in 2004 for Best Collaboration with Nina Girado, and another award in 2005 for the cut "Kasalanan Nga Ba?" as Best Theme Song for that year's Manila Film Festival.

Thor recently worked as Vice Ganda's back-up vocals in Gandang Gabi Vice, and works as a vocal coach for new artists.
