Radha is no newbie in the music industry having started performing for her band Kulay. When R&B was barely a popular genre in the 1990's, they did not only popularize hit songs "Burn," "Ask for More," and "Summertime" but they brought their music to the stages of Europe. They performed with R&B and hip-hop international artists like Peter Andre and All Saints.

Following the death of her band member-bestfriend-mentor, the group gave it another shot with a new singer before actually calling it quits. Radha joins the competition for another chance to share her voice and her music to the public, but this time, she likes it solo.
