Growing up from a musically inclined family, Deb discovered her passion for singing at a young age. After taking her voice lessons, Deb started joining school competitions where she earned the championship not once, but four consecutive times. Being the undefeated school champion, Deb was asked not to participate further to give chance to others.
During her family's financial misery mid-through her college years, Deb was able to send herself to school with gigs in modelling, hosting and singing. Right after college, Deb brought her music to church, and would sometimes perform at gigs with friends.
